We’re hosting a week-long celebration of Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns, culminating in a spectacular full-day event on Sunday, 25 January 2026.
Throughout the week, visitors can enjoy our exclusive Burns Trio of Tasters for £15pp, a tasting experience designed to showcase Scotland’s most iconic flavours.
For £15pp, the trio includes a haggis stack, featuring traditional haggis layered with neeps and tatties, haggis Bon Bons, crisp and golden and served with a rich whisky cream and a local dram of Clydeside Stobcross Whisky, offering the perfect toast to the Bard.

The week will culminate in a spectacular full-day event on Sunday, 25 January 2026, an unforgettable day of Scottish tradition:
Guests will be welcomed with a dram of Loch Lomond 12-Year-Old, followed by the ceremonial Address to the Haggis led by our resident piper. A sumptuous three-course Scottish dinner will then be served, featuring classic dishes such as Cullen Skink, Haggis with neeps and tatties, Chicken Balmoral and a selection of vegetarian options. To finish, there’s indulgent desserts including our signature sticky toffee pudding and chocolate torte.
Adding to the atmosphere, the acclaimed traditional music duo Fuaim will perform live throughout the evening. Known for their authentic blend of Scottish and Irish tunes, Fuaim promises to bring a vibrant soundtrack to this celebration of heritage.
Tickets are priced at £45 per person, which includes the three-course dinner, entertainment, and ceremonial dram.
