Gael & Grain Joins the Glasgow Sustainable Food Directory

We are delighted to share that Gael & Grain has been included in the latest Glasgow Sustainable Food Directory, a city-wide initiative celebrating venues that champion local, ethical and environmentally conscious food practices.

Created in collaboration by Slow Food Glasgow and the Glasgow Food Policy Partnership, and funded by the Glasgow Centre for Population Health, the directory highlights 45 of Glasgow’s most sustainable restaurants, cafes, bakeries and food shops.

Now in its fourth edition, it continues to help visitors and locals choose places that support the local economy and reduce their environmental impact.

At Gael & Grain, our menus are rooted in Scottish produce, sourced from suppliers who share our values of quality, seasonality and community. From our partnerships with local producers to our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, we’re proud to contribute to a more sustainable future for Glasgow’s food scene.
